The Health Administration Center at the Hokkaido University of Education helps the university students to be conscious of “maintaining own health on your own.”?

- Mental Health Consultation (Counseling)
- Video Phone Consultation, E-mail Consultation, Telephone Consultation
- Medical Examination: Periodic / Temporary (i.e., prior to athletic meetings)
- First-Aid Treatment
- Issuing Health Certificate
A certificate will not be issued to neither ones did not take a medical examination nor for a need of certificate to apply for a part-time job position.
