Mission
- To contribute to achieve world peace through academic research and education.
- To internationalize the university and encourage students and faculty/staff members to participate in international exchanges and international cooperation activities.
Goals
- To promote student exchange for the purpose of internationalizing undergraduate and graduate students.
- To activate exchange and collaboration with universities and agencies all over the world and promote internationalization of education and academic research.
- To contribute to international educational cooperation by collaboration with JICA and JICE for the purpose of further enhancement of student education.
